Shipping policy
We ship from regional warehouses throughout the U.S and China. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order( not including holidays and weekends). You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided as soon as your order ships. Imported items can take up to 20 days (from processing to delivery) to arrive at your door.
By placing an order you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping back to our headquarters.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.
Delayed Shipping:
Once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare.
Some orders will be in stock at our nearest manufacturer, but in cases where we need to draw product from multiple warehouses, we may ship your order in more than one package to expedite delivery at no additional cost to you.
Delivery Claims/Did not receive package:
If the shipping address was input correctly on our end the way you entered in your order we will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages as we have fulfilled our responsibility of shipping out your order.
If your post office returns your order to us because you failed to pick up your package and iit is considered unclaimed. We will not be responsible for the cost of shipping or to reship your order.
If you did not receive a package that shows delivered please process a claim through the carrier used for shipping.
