Me First Mommy (MFM) is a lifestyle brand for moms. MFM began as a lifestyle coaching company that coached goal oriented mothers on simple strategies that will allow them to create time for themselves and their personal goals. We then went on to creating MFM Academy, an online academy that offers resources and digital courses catered to busy moms.
At MFM, we feel that there are many websites and brands that will give you resources on how to cater to your children, create family friendly activities and how to parenting styles etc. What about you? Who will take care of you? Moms very often get caught up in giving, catering and taking care of our families and leave very little to themselves. This is one huge reason why mothers often feel like they have lost themselves in motherhood.
